Be sure to explore the rooftop terrace for very nice views of Bern-it's a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy! The breakfast offers lots of coffee, tea and fruit. The location is marvellous and fantastic, at a short distance from a Swiss Reformed cathedral. It's in the good area just next door to the old town in Bern which is another bonus.

all in all, it's perfect place that has very nice staff at check-out. there is a train station walk from the hotel.

Clean and well thought-out room design.

I faced multiple frustrations. First, the check-in process felt completely disconnected, as there was no staff available to assist in person. The alarm incident at 4am was unsettling, and the lack of post-emergency communication. A friendlier presence would have alleviated some of the stress.

It would be better that they infromed us that they are charging the bill to the credit card that was used for the reservation when we checked in. Instead we had to ask and the request for the bill to be printed.

I appreciated how easy it was to explore the nearby attractions like the fine Parliament Building just a short walk away and the lovely Bear Pit offering a perfect park view. It really added to my weekend city strolls.

The location.

It was poorly equiped: no table, no rack for the bags etc.. The whole hotel made a cheerless impression, the stairway looked like that of a prison.

Excellent location, very clean and big rooms(room was upgraded) The staff was very friendly during check in.

terrible breakfast, only have micro wave food, cold and tasteless. even coffee also not hot enough. but bread, fruits and fruits juice served in good condition. very noisy downstair. made us can't sleep well.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station! The rooftop view is fine, and the amenities, like the self-service kitchen and free-flowing coffee. The room was clean and cozy.

We liked being right in the city centre near shops and the railway station.We liked your receptionist who was helpful and welcoming.Our room was perfect for us on this short trip.

Hotel is a little bit dark and old.My room was different from photos that we saw in the website.A little bit expensive compare to the room facility.But location is good and easy to find.

gotta say, the electronic check-in was a bit weird at first,,, but the communal kitchen was awesome! loved the free coffee and snacks, and the rooftop view of Bern is just stunning! really had a great time!

Excellent location. A 5 min walk to train station. Hotel is right in the heart of town....Our booking was pushed back and I didn't get prompt reply from the hotel regarding the change. This is even after I called internationally to confirm the changes & still no follow up thereafter.

Reception staff or the people handling the booking to be more prompt in replies. We are travelling from across the globe so international calls are best to be avoided to resolve any issues.

The hotel was very close to Bern station and right in the city centre. The room was also very well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly

I thought the breakfast was limited for a city centre hotel. There could perhaps have been a bit more variety to choose from.
