Clean and well thought-out room design.
During my stay, I faced multiple frustrations. First, the check-in process felt completely disconnected, as there was no staff available to assist in person. Additionally, the alarm incident at 4am was unsettling, and the lack of post-emergency communication made the experience even more troubling. A friendlier presence would have alleviated some of the stress.

I stayed in the Comfort Single Room for 2 nights and it was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The communal lounging area was a nice touch too, and I loved having access to the self-service kitchen for coffee all day. However, I did miss having a tea maker in the room. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Bern!
